My stay was pleasant overall. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, making for a cozy experience. The service was hit or miss; while some staff members were extremely nice and courteous, others were not as helpful as expected. The location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway, but the dining experience left much to be desired with overpriced and lower-quality food. The facilities were decent, but some improvements could elevate the guest experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms, though small, were nicely appointed and very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit, offering a pleasant experience. However, the dining options were overpriced, and there was a limited variety available.
The hotel is conveniently located in an area with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and shops, but it is positioned between two smoking zones, which can be a downside. The rooms are clean and spacious with large walk-in showers, comfy beds, and large bath towels, yet they tend to feel cold at times. Although the service is very attentive and friendly, the layout of the room entrance with an oddly shaped closet can be a bit inconvenient upon arrival. The location offers free internet service with printers, close proximity to other popular attractions aside from a casino, and a decent breakfast and snack selection for purchase. The dining options in the casino are above average, with European food being a highlight. However, the handicapped parking area could be improved, and compared to other casinos in the area, this one lacks some additional features.
